| Welcome to Creating Military Memories, Just a little bit about us: I am myself, the proud mother of a soldier; who, of course is… “My Hero”…and I know firsthand the frustration of trying to find scrapbook supplies made specifically for military scrapbooking. I spent hours driving around from mall to mall and store to store searching for “just the right” paper, or cute embellishment for my sons’ military scrapbook. When I finally did find a store that carried “some” military scrapbook supplies, they would be sold out, with no idea when they would be re-stocking these items… and so the search began again. It soon became increasingly apparent to me; as I spoke to other military mom’s that I was not the only mother searching for these military-themed scrapbook supplies. So, after much thought and a lot of encouragement from “My Hero”, as well as other family and friends, “Creating Military Memories” was created to help meet these needs. We have included everything you need to make your “hero’s” scrapbook as unique as he or she is by providing an array of products to give you variety and choice. You will find: Scrapbooks designed for the various military branches, as well as, the military-themed papers, die-cuts, stickers, stamps, borders, and other embellishments to place in them. We realize that some branches are under-represented and apologize for this, but as the demand for these branches increases, so to will the response of the scrapbook manufacturers, and we will provide new items to you as soon as they become available. We have also added military themed gifts, for your HERO, and will continue to add more of these as we grow. You will find links to some helpful sites for information concerning the various service branches, as well as to links for family support on our Home Page. Having access to this information and finding other mother’s, whose sons were also deployed, to talk to was a life saver to me during my sons’ deployment. I hope you find these links helpful to you. My Hero requested that a percentage of all sales be donated to the “Soldier’s Relief Fund”, and as his request is, of course, my demand, 1% of all sales will go to these funds, as we are a young company, then as we, as a business grow, so to will the percentage.
