Your Heroes

My husband, SSG Patrick Stack, left for his second tour to
Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division, about a month ago.
He is so much more than my hero. He is my everything.
This year without him will leave a void in my heart but our
children and I will be anxiously awaiting his calls, letters
and his safe return! There will be so many special dates
missed (our 1st wedding anniversary) but nothing will be
missed more than him. My heart and my prayers go out to
him and to the guys in 1-32 Charlie Company. (what a
great group of guys-can't get any better)

Airbourne Ranger Medic Jacob Schultz Spt. Is my hero. He
is a solider who never gives up, who I look up too,
someone who always helped me out by pointing the
direction to go. He is young... but wise. But, after all that he
is still much more then that to me... he's still my brother...
And I love him very much (even though he still picks on me)
He is my 20 year old hero!

This is my soldier Keye Kinnamon. He is my hero, my best
friend, and most of all my boyfriend. Words cant express
how proud I am to tell the world what he is doing. He is
currently stationed in Iraq with the 101st Airborne 502 INF
unit. He is my hero b/c it takes a special person to do the
job he willingly does and has done for the past few years.
God truly blessed me the day he came into my life and for
that I am grateful. There is no amount of money that could
ever come close to repaying him and many others for
protecting this country. May God bless you and keep you
safe!

Our hero is my son and my best friend PV2 Matthew L.
Childers. Matt left june 28 for training in Fort Leonard Wood
Missouri. He graduated basics and is now training to be a
millitary police man. He graduates November 17th and we
can not wait to have him home! He makes us more and
more proud everyday! He's missed and loved by many back
home! Especially two of his number one fans

This is my hero, my best friend, and my wonderful
husband, CW4 John McConnell. He is currently deployed
in Iraq and is expected to return to the state's mid to late
October. He is an apache pilot with Det-2 T Troop 4/278
ACR out of Jackson Tennessee. He has served a year in
Iraq and it has been the longest year of our lives. Our
son's Casey and Joshua are anxiously awaiting his return.
They say that mom doesn't know how to work on bicycles.
I am proud of all our servicemen and women, " Freedom
isn't free." The boys and I will always be right here waiting
on you. I'm proud of you and I'm glad you picked me to be
your wife. I'm the luckiest woman. Hugs and kisses. AIR
CAV!!!!

This is my HERO/My Son and as we know - Heroes and
Winners are not the same. He is the most humble, loving ,
funny, young man I have ever met. No grass grows under
him, he loves life and all friends are like family. He loves
so deeply. Anyone who has him has a gem. And he
surrounds himself with the same so he is in good hands
and He loves and trust his LORD. He is God's child, Our
son, America's man. I couldn't ask for any better than what
God has given me in him and his siblings. For humans
we are very very blessed, yet undeserving. He is strong of
heart, soul and body. Thank you Keye from
all of us back here in the states. Come home safe soon!

To my hero SPC. Dusty Hord. During these past couple of
months you have committed yourself to your Lord Jesus
and to your country. I know it wasn't easy leaving your
family behind, but because of you we can sleep tonight
knowing that we are protected. You are so strong and so
brave and that is why I call you my hero. You never give up
when the times are too rough or when life seems to let you
down. Always remember that God will never let you down
and neither will I. I am so proud of you and I love you with
all my heart.

This is my hero, my brother SSG. Jeremy W. Doyle (24).
He was a scout and was returning from a mission with 3 of
his men on August 18th, 2005 when their humvee was hit
by an IED in Samara Iraq. Unfortunately all 4 of them
tragically lost their lives. May he watch over and keep all of
your loved ones safe as he is now doing for our family.

Cammie Doyle

God has truly blessed my life with not only a best friend,
but a boyfriend. I am so proud to say that my boyfriend,
SGT R. Scott Pendleton with the 505th Engineer Combat
Battalion of the North Carolina Army National Guard is my
hero. Scott is currently deployed for a tour of duty in Iraq.
Words can ’t express what he means to me. He has been
there for me through thick and thin and somehow, we have
made it through some very rough times. I am so proud of
him and can’t wait for his safe return home.

care of you, and know

This is my hero...SPC Tony Essig. One of the strongest
men I've ever known and I have the honor of saying he's
mine. He's everything I've hoped for and everything I've
dreamed of. And now I dream of him every night and pray
that he comes home safe. He's fighting in Iraq right now
and I couldn't be more proud of him. Come home soon...

My younger son, LCpl Alfred LeDuc is with Headquarters
Battalion, IPAC and stationed at Twenty-Nine Palms,
California. According to my son's CO, Alfred's job is the
"second" most important in the Corps. Right after the
number one spot of infantry his job is to process everyone's
promotion and raise. He is very proud to serve in the
Marine Corps and was recently selected for a great honor
from among his peers. He was selected for funeral detail
and he feels it is the last, best thing he can do for a brother
Marine. I am very proud of him and the responsibility he
has been entrusted with. I love you Alfred and can't wait to
see you.

Linda LeDuc

I have two heroes I would like to tell you about. My sons
Stephen and Alfred LeDuc are both serving as U.S.
Marines. My oldest son, Pfc Stephen LeDuc will be
deploying to Afghanistan in January 2006 with the 1st
Battalion, 3rd Regiment. He has just completed another
segment of his ongoing training in the mountains of
Northern California and is completing his desert training
now. He is excited and anxious about his deployment; so
am I. I am proud of the man he is becoming and I'm proud
of his desire to serve. Be careful and come home soon,
Stephen. I love you.
