It is the soldier, not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is the soldier, not
the poet who has given us freedom of speech. It is the soldier, not the lawyer, who has given
us the right to a fair trial, and it is the soldier----who salutes the flag, who serves the flag and
whose coffin is draped by the flag-----who allows the protester to burn the flag.

This is my hero, and husband SPC Daniel Bell.  He is
currently in Iraq on his second tour.  He is with 2BCT 502 INF,
part of the 101st AIRBORNE.  He has been in the ARMY for 4
yrs in October, and plans to re-enlist.  He is supposed to be
home in September and hopefully will be home on time.  We
have a 17 month old, and another baby on the way, and we
cant wait for him to be home.  This has been a hard
deployment but we pray and hold our breath for his safety
between phone calls and emails.

Thanks,
Jaxon and Carmen Bell

This is my HERO  Spc Todd Benton. Currently serving in
Afghanistan and stationed out of FT. Drum NY.  My husband is
a wonderful loving man, we've been married a short time but
this deployment has truly strengthened our relationship.  I
love him more than he will ever know.  May God Bless him
and bring him and his brothers in arms home safe.  I love you
Peanut.

Your loving wife,
Heather
PFC Billy Weiland is my husband, my love, my life, and my
hero. My husband is the man closest to the picture and his
friend behind him. He's on his first tour of duty in Iraq in
Ramadi, he was deployed in December of 2005. He's with the
101st Airborne 1-506 INF out of Ft. Campbell Kentucky. We
just recently got married on his mid-tour leave. He was gone
for 8 months and came home for his mid-tour and hopefully
will be home in 4 months or sooner. I pray for his safety every
day and miss him more and more every day he's gone. He
has been so strong for me and helped me so much through
this by giving me strength and telling me every day to keep my
head up because everything is going to be ok. It's amazing
how much you can love and miss a person and how it tears
your heart out to have to let them go on the different side of the
world to fight for this country. I couldn't be any more proud of
my bubbies and am anxiously waiting for his return home.

I love you Billy Ray!!!

With all my love,
Your Sugar Butt

These are my brothers (left) Corporal Michael Czujko, USMC
&  (Right)
Private First Class John F. Czujko, USMC.

Michael is stationed in Camp Lejeune, NC and John is
stationed in Cherry Point, NC.  Michael recently got back from
Iraq and is scheduled to do a second tour.  John will be doing
his first tour soon.  They both recently came home to surprise
us and man did they ever.  We were so happy to see them
and although we don't spend a lot of time together anymore, I
want them to know that there loved not because there firemen
back home or Marines but because they are my brothers.
Stay Safe!
Love you both always and forever,
Erika
